Hellllloooo, Ivy! (Or How to Introduce a New Cat, Part 1)

This is Ivy, who was very recently adopted into the Mel/Max/Gray/Pop household. To help out with the transition, I've been visiting Ivy during the day while the Humans are at work. To start off, Ivy was confined to one bedroom of the house, so on my first visit with him at his new home, we just played and cuddled and brushed . At this point, the main purpose of my visit was to entertain Ivy some so he wouldn't be so bored and stir crazy being shut up in the room all day (and perhaps to provide some continuity, since I was visiting him at his old house before this).

At one point, Ivy spotted Gray hanging out just outside the back door. Then Ivy got a little grumpy and eventually retreated to his nice, cozy hiding place in the closet.
