Bogart, ZuZu and I went for a little romp in the woods this morning. They got sooooo excited when I got their leashes out (I had previously just let them out in their fenced in back yard). They had a blast getting me and them tied around a bunch of trees with their leashes! :)

Jenny Jen

Jenny looks a LOT like my best friend EVER - Wendy, who I used to think was my soulmate when I was a kid. Wendy (aka Booger) and I were inseperable. I miss her (and also being a kid, barefoot, wearing a tank top, with purple popsicle juice all over my face, running around the neighborhood on a hot summer day with the neighborhood kids and dogs). I'm still looking for a picture of me and Wendy to post. (There are tons somewhere, but they are in my mother's attic in another town! And I appear to have lost my favorite photo album ever - [insert the feeling of heart literally aching].) Anyway... Jenny is a doll. She seems to have warmed up to me quite nicely and quickly, but is still not so sure about this whole camera thing. :)

Pistachio listens to the same radio station all the time while her family is away and I think we've danced to this song probably 4 times this week (even though I wasn't going at precisely the same time each day!) Though the lyrics don't fit perfectly, I do feel pretty lucky every time I get to hang out with her.

Please be patient with me (adjust lyrics accordingly).... Ran home for a shower before my nephew's 4th birthday party!!! Hooray! No time to post your pictures at the moment (it starts in 20 minutes and I'm so far from ready - eeek!), but I promise I will post a bunch tonight. I am supposed to have Internet access at my overnight visit tonight. If, for some reason, I can't access it, I will have my hubby give you a quick update here.

I've Never Been Good At Making Choices
