I'm dedicating this song (by the best artist of all time) to the little Rainy Day Woman pictured here. We won't get into the debate about what this song is really about (not necessarily drugs!), but legend has it that two women (estimated ages 12 and 35) walked in from the rain when Dylan was recording it.
