Everyone's Entitled to Change Their Mind - Especially My Little Princess Lucy

Yesterday, after we got back from our walk and then went in for a drink of water, I started to go back outside to play in the yard (per our normal routine). But Lucy said "No, thanks, it's too hot and I don't want to play outside today. I'll just stay right here on my air conditioning vent."

But once I convinced her to join me back outside, we had fun and stayed cool by taking little breaks in the shade between spurts of running around!

(By the way, I have started calling her Princess Lucy only because I think she's a little princess and I treat her like one! It has absolutely nothing to do with her parents!)
